Over the last two years we have perfected our recipes, taking the time to test and retest so that our cakes are moist, dense, light, spongy and a billion other combinations.

That's right we said - buttercreams!!! At Red Velvet we don't just use a batch of standard buttercream and add different flavours, we have taken the time to develop individual icings to give you a smooth, rich or decadent experience with every bite.

To achieve this we use a mix of American and Italian buttercreams, tested and perfected to make sure every Red Velvet cupcake meets the needs of the discerned palate.
